The plate has micro-structures formed as quadratic micro-pyramids, circular cones and linear prisms. The micro-pyramids i.e. pitched roof, are embedded in the plate with pyramid angles in a preset angle range between 100 to 200 degrees, and where the plate is made of transparent plastic. The pyramids are connected with the crossed linear prisms on the plate.
