摘要

Conducting polymers can be efficiently exploited in new smart gas-sensing devices if stable films are coupled with substrates compatible with microelectronics. We report the preparation and the electrical characterization of Langmuir-Blodgett polymeric films made from mixtures of pyrroles and pyrrole monomers functionalized with alkyl chains, collected on interdigitated structures of titanium nitride on silicon.
