Micro RPM Technologies for End User Applications

摘要

This paper describes RMPD~(~R) and its applications. RMPD~(~R) is used for the manufacture of micro-structures and micro-components at high resolution without tooling. A seamless production is possible, i.e. either cost efficient prototyping or mass production is enabled. Applications can be found in many fields like biotechnology, communication industry, or tooling.
