Due to the breaking of the above-mentioned symmetries in different lowdimensionalrnsemiconductor structures we have an electron energy spectrum which isrnasymmetrical relative to inversion of the electron wave vector. As a consequence, electronicrnproperties of the structures are different for mutually opposite directions, and differentrninteraction between electrons and phonons having mutually opposite directions of wavernvectors appears. The aim of this paper is a complex discussion of the effect.
