摘要

In order to solve the low-efficiency counting, large labor intensity and low accuracy of Lego building blocks in the process of packaging, automatic storing and counting system based on machine vision is developed and applied. The system mainly consists of two subsystems, namely, automatic separating and storing system and automatic counting system. Automatic separating and storing system is composed of the vibration plate, synchronous belt, touch screen, sensor, automatic plectrum storing device and computer control system, which can effectively separate the distance between similar blocks, and reduce the overlap. The automatic counting system adopts the non-contact machine vision technology and the computer control technology, which achieves the goal of high-precision counting. Practice proves that the system can effectively complete the separating and counting of the building blocks, improve product quality, reduce labor intensity, and improve the automation production level.
