A parallel ball screw semi-active suspension was proposed. Dynamic model of semi-active suspension system was established. And Completed the semi-active characteristics and energy-feed characteristic simulation of parallel ball screw semi-active suspension by using the Matlab/Simulink software. Already verified the feasibility of the structure. In grade C road, the speed of 30 km/h, the ball screw type semi-active suspension vehicle acceleration reduced 25%, suspension dynamic deflection decreases by 15.9%, and tire dynamic deflection reduced 8.1%, can supply voltage is 0-10 v, can supply power of 0-220w.
