摘要

Optimize design of central sea water cooling system is one of crucial means on ship energy-saving and emission reduction. Accompany with the working scheme of central cooling system, a system mathematic model was established, simulation and optimization environment was established with ISIGHT. In order to meet higher ship energy standard, variable frequency technology was applied in system design. By means of dynamic simulation, different frequency control scheme were compared and analysis. The veracity of simulation model was confirmed with the actuarial ship experiment result. The results of one ship simulation show that: variable frequency sea water pumps can comprehensively decrease energy consumption, and dramatically improve economic performance of multi-purpose ship, which working load greatly and frequently change; for maximal energy-saving, optimized frequency control strategy must be confirmed according to different system configuration.
