State estimator design of cellular neural networks with neutral time-varying delays

摘要

This paper mainly studies the design of state estimator for cellular neural networks with neutral time-varying delays. Based on Lyapunov-Krasovskii stability theory and linear matrix inequality (LMI) method, the sufficient condition for globally asymptotic stability of the error system is given, and the design method of state estimator gain matrix is obtained, thus, complete the state estimator design of cellular neural networks with neutral time-varying delays. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
