New aspects of magnetic-pulse semiconductor devices improvement

摘要

The article contains the examples of using new and little-known laws of power switches functioning and nodes of semiconductor magnetic-pulse devices of power electronics. Approaches for improving the basic performance of these devices are based on these examples. The article is covering the proposed specific solutions and provides practical magnetic semiconductor circuit for excitation the laser generator and for ozone water treatment technology.
