The task coordination mechanism based on Soft Man group is the core basis of the syncretic system composed of robot and Soft Man. In the syncretic system, the structural organization of the Soft Man group and their modes are particularly important in establishing the task coordination mechanism. This paper, therefore, proposes a cooperative organization model of the Soft Man Group as part of the syncretic system. It studies in detail the process of task coordination and allocation, which facilitates a rational allocation of system resources. We introduce an allocation model of multi-task contention for resources, as well as a Resource Requirement Length Algorithm (RRLA). Finally, a comparative evaluation of RRLA and other six frequently-used algorithms, shows that RRLA has a higher success rate and accuracy with good algorithm stability and reliability.
