At present, the academic circles lack research of employee performance management for tourism planning companies, according to the concrete investigation of nine tourism planning companies in Beijing city, employee performance management as the research object, improving the management level as the target, combine with the basic theory and method of performance management, and on the specific situation of tourism planning industry to analyze and summary, for the problems of tourism planning company's employee performance management to put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
