摘要

In this paper wideband low-power, low-voltage oscillator based on current conveyor (CC-II) is presented. This low voltage CC-II is implemented using differential pair topology and provides wide bandwidth and low-power dissipation. The proposed architecture is designed and simulated using 180nm CMOS technology dissipates 270µW power when operated on ± 0.70V power supply. The voltage transfer bandwidth obtained is 2.686 GHz.
