摘要

In real social life, the signals sent by the body and the physical presence of others influence the way we act and decide. In economic theory they do not. Embodied neuroeconomics rejects traditional views that economic decisions is only based on the brain, independent of the body for perception, action, posture, bodily states, and so on. In this essay, we review the development of embodied neuroeconomics: an approach to neuroeconomics that takes into account how information provided by the entire body and its coordination dynamics influences the way we make economic and social decisions.
