With the evolution of times, college students who cultivated by popular education are not the stage of elite education stressed professional ability, but pay more attention to students' comprehensive employment ability. College students' employment ability need university to cultivate, but more depend on students' self-realization to improve. Students must make full use of college learning environment to improve self-employment ability, improve self-communicating ability through social practice, realize self-condition to accumulate employment ability.
