Allelopathy dynamics of exotic plants invasion against global changes

摘要

Global changes today have gradually affected ecological processes of species, especially leading to exotic plants invasion, followed by a series of ecological crises. The impacts of environmental factors on formation, fate and activities of allelochemicals of exotic plants are highlighted, based on an ecosystem ecology theory by global changes-exotic plants invasion-secondary metabolites. The studies on allelopathic dynamics of plants invasion against global changes last decades are reviewed and mutual feedback mechanisms are clarified. It also suggested that allelochemicals help plants invade and succeed. Finally, it is proposed that anthropogenic interference may accelerate global changes, leading to dramatically increasing exotic plants invasion so as to induce the decrease of biodiversity.
