Sine-wave signal sources for dynamic ADC testing

Last years, a universal measurement setup for high-resolution ADC testing at the frequency band of 0,5–20MHz was designed and prototyped at the Czech Technical University. In this paper, the analysis of parameters of testing generators and the construction of special generators with a high spectral purity of a signal are described.
