X-ray Anatomy Type of the Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma of Hepatic-Artery Tree and Clinical Study of Interventional Therapy

To investigate hepatic-artery tree x-anatomy type in primary hepatocellular carcinoma. The X-ray anatomy type of hepaticartery tree of 100 cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma were observed and analyzed by the distribution of supplying artery and the artery morphology in cancer tissue. Different interventional therapy means by using according to the X-ray anatomy type of hepatic-artery tree. Four kinds of X-ray anatomy type of hepaticartery tree were found in cancer tissue, which were hepatic artery fistula anatomy type, fade branch anatomy type (common blood supply), osier branch anatomy type (poor blood supply), bird nest anatomy type (rich blood supply). The interventional therapy were taken according to the X-ray anatomy type of hepatic-artery tree and the effective rates were 31.3%, 38.9%, 44.8%, 54.1% respectively. and the total effective rate was 76%. Bird nest anatomy type and osier branch anatomy type were the main type of hepatic-artery tree x-anatomy type in primary hepatocellular carcinoma. It is feasible to use different interventional therapy means to treat primary hepatocellular carcinoma according to the X-ray anatomy type of hepatic-artery tree.
