摘要

The research is connected with the elaboration of the methods of the modelling and analysis in dynamics of complex systems and the applications to the singular systems of mechanics, to the problems of aviation and aerospace systems. This work is devoted to the specific problems of the mathematical modelling for the systems of stabilization and orientation with gyroscopic controlling elements (with using two-degrees gyroscopes). It is developing the reduction principle, solving the decomposition problem for such systems in general qualitative analysis on Lyapunov's methods base.
