Problems in library's electronic reference consulting service

摘要

Many libraries are developing electroni reference consulting service. However, it is still partially in traditional format with partial use of electronic sources. With the development of IT, e-commerce and digital library, the notion of electronic reference consulting service that extends library services electronically is an attractive one. This paper discusses some of the problems related to software robot, reference consulting member, electronic consulting cost, electronic consulting pattern and electronic document transmission way etc.
