In this study, the hydrodynamic characteristics of non-Newtonian laminar fluid flow between two eccentric rotating cylinders with infinite length is investigated. The analysis is based on the numerical solution of the Navier-Stokes equations under steady and incompressible conditions using CFD techniques. The power law formula is used as a constitutive equation for modeling the behavior of non-Newtonian fluid flow. Considering the complexity of the physical geometry, conformal mapping is used to generate an orthogonal grid and the governing equations are transformed in the computational domain and solved by SIMPLE algorithm. To validate the computational results, comparison with the experimental data of other investigators for Newtonian case is made, and reasonable agreement is found.
