Discussion and Analysis on Early Safety Warning Mechanism of Frozen Food in Our Country

In recent years, food safety events in our country occur frequently, which influence people'shealth seriously. China as a big country in production and consumption of frozen food still exists manyproblems in production, distribution, consumption and other links of frozen food, especially the early safety warning mechanism of frozen food has not formed. Therefore, analysis and study China's early safetywarning mechanism of frozen food can not only offer reference for developing the actual early warning operation of various food, but provide quality inspection department with the basis for making decision anddealing with food safety risk.
