Analysis on Improving Ways of Attack and Defense Teaching Effects of School Martial Arts Based on the Essence of Martial Arts

摘要

In this paper, on the basis that the essence of martial arts is attack and defense, elaborate the currentteaching problems in school martial arts, put forward ways to realize the attack and defense effect of schoolmartial arts teaching, namely：strengthen the physical quality training of learners；strengthen exercises of attack and defense action and basic actions；increase real combat exercise in martial arts classes. According tothe situation and requirements of school martial arts, propose the proposal of implementation of attack and defense teaching in the school martial arts, provide the reference in order to improve attack and defense in martial arts, return to martial arts essence.
