    • 摘要: 为了满足多深度探测评价钻井液侵入和识别地层岩性的需要,开发了具有电阻率、伽马等多参数测量功能的随钻一体化测井仪平台.基于相移电阻率、衰减电阻率、总量伽马和成像伽马等测量方法,采用六发两收的八线圈系设计方案,挂接了伽马探管、加速度计和磁通门等传感器,同时采用了由发射电路、接收电路和控制电路组成的模块化电路设计方案,并定义了总线通讯协议,建立起了各功能模块之间的信息传递.开发了测井仪平台的固件程序,不仅能够测量相移电阻率和衰减电阻率数据,还能够测量伽马数据和地层方位信息;开发了平台测试软件,能够对仪器进行标定测试及下井前的启动设置,实现仪器控制指令的下发,测量数据的上传,并对电阻率、伽马、井斜角和工具面等数据进行监测和图形化处理.研制的随钻一体化测井仪平台可以为大斜度井和水平井钻井提供丰富的、高质量的测井数据,为地层评价提供所需要的数据,从而为非常规油气储层开发提供技术支持.%The goals were to detect characteristics of of multi-depth formations and evaluate mud intrusion as well as identify the formation lithology. To that end, researchers developed an integrated logging instrument platform while drilling capable of multi-parameter measurement such as resistivity and Gamma. According to the measurement methods like phase shift resistivity, attenuation resistivity, total Gamma and imaging Gamma, an eight-coil design (six senders and two receivers) was adopted, and the sensors such as Gamma probes, accelerometers, and fluxgates were attached. Meanwhile, the modular circuit design scheme consisting of transmitting circuit, receiving circuit and control circuit was applied. Researchers then defined the bus communication protocol to establish the information transmission among various functional modules. The firmware program for the logging instrument platform has been developed, which can not only measures the phase shift resistivity and attenuation resistivity data, but also measure the Gamma data and formation azimuth information. The test software for the platform has been developed to calibrate the instrument and enable the startup setting prior to running in hole, realize the issuing of control commands and upload the measurement data, and monitor and graphically process data such as resistivity, Gamma, inclination angle, and tool face. This integrated logging instrument platform could provide abundant high-quality logging data for high-angle well and horizontal well drilling, and acquire necessary data for formation evaluation, so as to provide technical support and best practices for the development of unconventional oil and gas reservoirs.

    • 摘要: 本文主要论述了当前智能燃气表存在的问题,即智能燃气表出厂后内部固件程序无法远程升级,一旦发现智能燃气表存在严重程序漏洞,或者需要进行比较大的功能升级,只能拆表返厂处理,费时费力,给用户或燃气公司都会带来较大损失.针对这种情况,设计了智能燃气表的固件升级方法,通过智能燃气表内部的通讯模块与燃气公司服务器通信,当有新固件版本发布后,燃气公司服务器就会通知智能燃气表按照约定的通讯协议进行远程升级.通过这种设计,智能燃气表出厂后的程序漏洞处理和功能升级变得简单可行,燃气公司使用更加放心.

    • 摘要: 重锤料位计是用于监测料斗、筒仓和其他类型容器内粉末、颗粒料位高度的传感器,直接测量料仓顶部无料空间距离,间接计算出料仓内的物料高度,能在大粉尘、湿度变化大等极端恶劣环境下准确测量,是这方面料位测量的首选工具.基于对传统重锤料位仪表基础上进行改进,采用系统状态机的思路对仪表固件程序进行重新设计和编写,自主设计和开发了一款新型的重锤料位计控制仪表.仪表具有测量、计算、设置、菜单、控制、报警、故障在线监测等多项功能,各项功能及技术指标均达到设计要求,现已成功应用于生产现场.

    • 摘要: 随机数作为网络空间安全的基础技术历来受到相关领域研究人员的重视。针对日益广泛的真随机数应用需求,在分析国内外各种真随机数生成方法的基础上,基于物理噪声源芯片和内含微处理器的USB接口芯片构建一个真随机数生成平台。给出平台的总体设计框图,详细分析了平台核心硬件的配置电路设计和固件程序以及上位机软件设计。该平台具有结构简单、实现方便、可扩展性强等特点,通过该平台的构建一方面可以方便快捷地获取大量真随机数,另一方面将该平台应用于课程教学实践,对于相关专业学生学习了解真随机数的典型产生方法具有重要意义。%As the foundation technology of the network security related fields,the random numbers are paid more attention.In view of the increasingly application requirements of the true random numbers, based on analysis of the generating methods of true random numbers,a true random number generation platform based on a physical noise source chip and a USB interface chip with a microprocessor embedded is constructed,the overall block diagram of the platform is proposed,the configuration circuit of the core hardware is designed,and the design of the firmware and the host computer software are analyzed in detail.The platform has some advantages such as a simple structure,convenient implementation and good expansibility.A large number of true random numbers can be acquired from the constructed platform fast and conveniently,and it can be applied in teaching practice,so that the students of related subjects can learn about the typical method of the true random number generator.

    • 摘要: 结合I2C总线数字温湿度传感器SHT11和USB接口芯片PDIUSBD12实现了多路温湿度数据的采集系统。详细介绍了硬件设计、固件程序、驱动程序开发以及在调试过程中的注意事项。在设备端硬件电路中,并采用了两个8051单片机分别用于多路温度采集控制和USB通信控制。该系统具有以高速、应用方便等特点,因而具有广泛的应用潜力。%A multiplex temperature and humidity acquisition system is achieved based on I2C bus digital thermometer SHT11 combined with USB interface chip PDIUSBD12. The circuit design, firmware program, development of device driver and attention points in debug-ging are discussed in detail. Two 8051 MCUs are used in the hardware circuits, one to col-lect the temperature and humidity while the other to control the USB interface chip. This system has the potential of extensive application with high speed and great convenience.

    • 摘要: 以CYPRESS公司的EZ⁃USB FX2芯片为基础,对工业CT数据采集系统的USB接口设计所涉及的几个方面进行了详细的介绍。该设计中为了能提高数据传输的速度,EZ⁃USB芯片采用Slave FIFO接口方式,在此方式下,USB内核不参与数据的传输。CY7C68013A芯片内部包含有4 KB的可配置端点缓冲区,这是大容量数据传输端点,可配置成不需要8051固件参与就同外围电路完成高速数据传输端。CYPRESS公司提供的EZ⁃USB固件程序开发包中包含有固件程序的基本框架。在此介绍CY7C68013A芯片的结构和特点,分析EZ⁃USB FX2固件程序框架,并给出固件程序实例代码,描述固件代码装载方式,应用程序调用驱动程序的接口函数。采用EZ⁃USB芯片开发USB接口,大大降低开发难度,提高开发效率。%Taking EZ⁃USB FX2 interface chip as an example,several aspects involved with USB interface design of indus⁃trial CT data acquisition system are introduced in detail in this paper. In this design,Slave FIFO is used in EZ⁃USB chip to im⁃prove the speed of data transmission. In this way, the USB kernel is not involved in the data transmission. Inside the CY7C68013A chip,4 kB configurable endpoint buffer is contained. It is the large capacity data transmission terminal,which can be configured to fulfill high⁃speed data transmission with peripheral circuit,but does not need 8051 firmware program to join with. The basic framework is contained in the EZ⁃USB firmware program development kit provided by CYPRESS company. In this paper,the structure and characteristics of the CY7C68013A chip are introduced,the EZ⁃USB FX2 firmware frame is ana⁃lyzed,the firmware example code is given,the firmware code loading way is described,and the interface between application program and driver is illustrated. With USB interface developed by means of EZ⁃USB chip,the development difficulty was great⁃ly reduced,and the development efficiency was improved.
