BS PAS 1000:2019 gives guidance on concept, and providesframeworks with guidelines for implementingbusiness agility in an organization. The increasingpace and complexity of markets coupled with newtechnologies means that companies and organizationsneed to develop very different ways of preparing andresponding to disruption and opportunities, as theyarise. In order to flourish in an increasingly chaoticand unpredictable environment, organizations needto develop new ways of understanding their agilecapabilities, agile culture and probable future. ThisPAS proposes frameworks to aid in the understandingof business agility, and help in the development ofnew approaches to building business agility. It doesthis in as generic way as possible.
