Embodiments provide a method and device for recommending donation content. According to one embodiment, the method for recommending donation content may include: an operation of preprocessing a plurality of personal data of a user account by a personal data collection unit to extract a plurality of parameter feature vectors corresponding to each of the personal data; an operation of obtaining a first combined vector reflecting a positive donation tendency based on the plurality of parameter feature vectors by a donation tendency feature analysis unit; an operation of obtaining a second combined vector reflecting a negative donation tendency based on the plurality of parameter feature vectors by the donation tendency feature analysis unit; and an operation of recommending, by a donation content recommendation unit, one or more donation contents matching the user account based on the first combined vector and the second combined vector.
