A flora culture/detection apparatus for microbial sludge particles for treating chemical wastewater, comprising a culture box (1) and a control box (2). A hollow circular truncated cone (3) is arranged at the bottom of the culture box (1); an air cylinder (4) is arranged in the circular truncated cone (3); a telescopic rod (5) of the air cylinder (4) extends out of an upper plane of the circular truncated cone (3) to support a microbial culture tray (6); a box cover (7) is arranged above the culture box (1); a nutrient solution port (8) with a control valve (12), an air pressure port (9), a steam port (10) and an exhaust port (11) are arranged on the box cover (7); the control box (2) is arranged on the outer side of the culture box (1); a water outlet (13) is formed below the outer side of the culture box (1); and a rotatable support (14) is arranged on the outer side of an upper edge of the culture box (1). The apparatus can provide a nutrient solution, air pressure and steam to ensure that the temperature, humidity and pressure of the flora are in a proper culture environment, such that the rapid formation of the microbial flora is promoted, thus shortening the culture time. In addition, the microbial culture tray (6) can also rise as a whole for detection, the structure is novel, the operation is convenient, and the cost is low.
