To provide a life event platform operation method, an operation device, and an operation system capable of providing appropriate information and promoting community formation in ways that are individually closely related to life events that differ in timing and content for each user.SOLUTION: In a life event platform operation system 10, a life event platform operation device 100 is configured to: execute grouping of users based on an event indicated by a life log; apply a credit limit predetermined for each attribute of the group to a belonging user; sense a change in situation based on the life log information on the belonging user; when the situation change is detected, determine the possibility of changing the group to which the user belongs; and when there is a possibility of changing the group to which the user belongs, notify a user terminal 200 of the content of a notification that matches an upcoming life event of the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
