[Solution] A construction image photographing instruction system 1, which is for giving a photographing instruction for photographing an image of a construction site in association with a desired place on construction drawing data relating to the construction site, acquires the construction drawing data, displays the acquired construction drawing data, designates a desired place on the displayed construction drawing data, gives a photographing instruction for photographing an image of the construction site relevant to the designated desired place, and positions layout data relating to the image of the construction site photographed on the basis of the photographing instruction so as to be superposed on the construction drawing data in association with the designated desired place on the construction drawing data.
