PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work record management device by job responsibility, a work record management method by job responsibility, and a work record management program by job responsibility that can easily calculate direct labor costs with high accuracy.;SOLUTION: A work record management device by job responsibility of a present embodiment displays a manufacturing record input screen that enables input of work hours and the number of workers for each wage rate category when a manufacturing record is input, acquires work record data including total work hours for each wage rate category when the work hours and the number of workers for each wage rate category are input for the manufacturing record input screen, and acquires a direct labor cost for each wage rate category based on a work hour wage rate master and the work record data.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
