The present invention provides a compound of formula (I) or a stereoisomer, tautomer or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. These compounds are selective factor XIa inhibitors, or dual inhibitors of FXIa and plasma kallikrein. The present invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising these compounds, and methods of using them to treat thromboembolic and/or inflammatory disorders. Wherein all variables are as defined herein.
