Hypersensitivity is an acute allergic reaction that occurs after exposure to an allergen. Although it is well known that IgE is secreted from mast cells or neutrophil cells during the onset of hypersensitivity, various inflammatory sources are also secreted into the blood. Bee venom is a compound prescribed for human diseases, and it is known that it may act as a sensitizer for certain people. In the present invention, serum from normal subjects and hypersensitivity patients was collected, and protein expression patterns were compared and analyzed through two-dimensional electrophoresis. As a result, the expression pattern of the protein having an isoelectric point of 5.5 and a molecular weight of 10 kDa was confirmed in the hypersensitivity patient group. Protein spots were identified in the form of fragments of haptoglobin through MALDI-TOF analysis, and as a result of statistical analysis, it was confirmed that the presence of fragments of haptoglobin was very significant in the hypersensitivity patient group compared to the control group. These results suggest the possibility of using the haptoglobin fragment as a marker for diagnosing hypersensitivity.
