The present invention relates to a method and a kit for detecting an aggregate form of a protein, comprising the steps of: adding a bio-sample containing protein aggregates to a plurality of antibodies for the protein so as to measure a first impedance; monomerizing the protein aggregates so as to measure a second impedance; and comparing the first impedance with the second impedance, thereby quantitatively analyzing, by a simple method in real time, how many proteins are present in the bio-sample in an aggregate form, so as to be widely usable in the diagnosis of diseases associated with abnormal protein aggregation.
