To provide a system, a method and a program that obtain a high answer rate when executing a face-to-face questionnaire survey.SOLUTION: A questionnaire survey execution system includes an interactive robot terminal 2 and an interactive engine device 3 having an output information determination unit 73. The interactive robot terminal 2 has a microphone 34 for inputting a voice uttered by a user, and an output unit (speaker 36, display 37) for outputting output information to the user in a form of voice or image display. The output information determination unit 73 determines, when a voice of the user is input to the microphone 34, questionnaire information asking the user for an answer as the output information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
