Method for determining the position of the totally isolated regime of a qubit and Method for manipulating at least one spin qubit One aspect of the invention relates to a method for manipulating at least one group of quantum dots of a matrix of quantum dots, referred to as the target group, each target group comprising at least one quantum dot and containing at least one charged particle (PC ), the matrix of quantum dots being configured to be connected to at least one reservoir of charged particles (PC), each target group being defined by a potential barrier, each charged particle (PC) carrying a charge and a spin, the method comprising, for each target group: at least one step of total isolation of the target group relative to the other quantum dots of the matrix, the potential barrier separating the target group from the quantum dots of the matrix adjacent to said target group being configured so that the charged particle(s) (PC) contained in the target cluster cannot cross the potential barrier to move to adjacent quantum dots es to the target group or reservoir of charged particles even when such a transition is allowed from an energetic point of view, known as the totally isolated regime; a manipulation step during which the target group is kept in the totally isolated diet.
