The present disclosure provides methods for differentiating myometrium tumors / uterine neoplasms, such as LM, LMS and IMT. Further, the present disclosure is a method for treating uterine leiomyoma in a subject, wherein (a) a genotyping assay is performed on a biological sample derived from the subject and the subject has a uterine leiomyoma genotype.
