The complex ecological treatment agent of the present invention is composed of compounded bacillus, zeolite powder, water-sprinkling detoxification vitamin C and granular oxygen at a weight ratio of (0.9-1.4) : (9-11) : (0.4-1) : 1. The complex ecological treatment agent for treating blue algae is prepared by crushing the granular oxygen, and then mixing the crushed granular oxygen with a mixture of compounded bacillus, zeolite powder and water-sprinkling detoxification vitamin C. By spraying the complex ecological treatment agent of the present invention into an aquaculture pond where blue algae outbreak occurs, blue algae can be prevented and controlled by means of nutrition competition in an ecological manner, and oxygen deficiency in aquaculture water in the pond, as caused by algae death after the blue algae treatment, is avoided, thereby creating good conditions for the survival and growth of river crabs and crayfishes.
