FIELD: drilling.;SUBSTANCE: method includes following stages: i) providing cutting device (100) on the floor of a drilling rig, containing cutting element (130) made without the possibility of rotation and with the possibility of progressive cutting movement through tubular structure (1); ii) placing cutting device (100) in a cutting position outside from tubular structure (1); iii) fixing the position of cutting device (100) relatively to tubular structure (1), and iv) activating cutting device (100) for cutting tubular structure (1) by means of progressive movement of at least one cutting element (130) through tubular structure (1).
