The present invention provides a method for manufacturing blending fuel for a diesel engine, comprising: a first process of removing moisture, char and polymer substances from biocrude oil; a second process of performing a catalytic reaction by mixing an alcohol and a solid catalyst with the biocrude from which the moisture has been removed; and a third process of removing the catalyst and mixing biodiesel.
