Disclosed is a method for a similar patent search based on artificial intelligence. The method may comprise the steps of: establishing pre-processing of a patent document; learning data of the pre-processing established patent document via a deep learning algorithm; and on the basis of the data of the patent document learned via the deep learning algorithm, searching for and providing a similar patent document for a search query word.
