To provide an optimistic exclusive processing serializing apparatus, an optimistic exclusive processing serializing method, and an optimistic exclusive processing serializing program which can secure robustness and consistency of exclusive processing by serializing optimistic exclusive processing by a plurality of users by using transaction characteristics of a database.SOLUTION: An optimistic exclusive processing serializing apparatus: detects, when an object is created in a transaction for stored target data, a request for creating an object having the same name in a separate transaction for the stored target data; interrupts, when the request for creating the object having the same name in the separate transaction is detected, the execution of the separate transaction so as to bring it into a standby state; commits, when the execution of the transaction is completed, the transaction; and rolls back, when an error occurs in the execution of the transaction, the transaction so as to cancel the standby state of the separate transaction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
