A method of control by means of a controller, of a heating substation including a heat exchanger (13, 14) supplied with thermal energy from an external heat source (8) by means of water as the heating medium in the primary circuit and the medium heated in the secondary circuit, in which the inflow of heat is regulated using an actuating device (2) changing the flow of the heating medium controlled by the control signal (19, 18), according to the invention, is characterized by the fact that in order to specify the values of the control signal, a neural (LV) regulator is used, including a system of two neural networks, the static control neural network and the dynamic control neural network.;An object of the invention is also a heating substation controller and a heating substation adapted to the implementation of the invention, as well as a computer program product.
