Disclosed in the present invention are a dough forming machine and a Chicago pizza manufacturing method using the same. The dough forming machine includes a pan body for accommodating the dough material, the central portion of which is cut; a bottom plate that is in a state that spans the fan body and that can be raised or lowered; a pressure plate located on the upper portion of the pan body and heated to a predetermined temperature to press the dough material contained in the pan for a predetermined time, excluding the edge; a control unit for controlling the pressure plate and the bottom plate to be driven; a pressure plate driving unit for driving the pressure plate under the control of the control unit; and a bottom plate driving unit for driving the bottom plate under the control of the controller. According to the present invention, the dough material is supplied to the pan to be molded by a molding machine, and the pizza can be easily separated after topping.
