To suppress an inclination of a spring while improving the responsiveness of a valve part to a seating direction by an energization force of the spring.SOLUTION: A hydraulic control valve 27 comprises a check valve 41 having a second valve spring 49 for energizing a valve member 47 to a direction in which the valve member is seated on a valve seat 48. The check valve comprises a valve part 60 in which a partial spherical external peripheral face 60b of a protrusive tip part is seated on, and separates from the valve seat, and a guide part 61 having four guide pieces 61b integrally at a rear end part of the valve part via clearances 61. A flat second plane part 60a is formed at a tip face of the tip part of the valve part, and a recessed part 60c located at a side opposite to the valve part in an axial direction is formed. A flat first plane part 60d on which the other end part of the second valve spring abuts, and is supported is formed at an inner bottom face of the recessed part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
