Provided are a DNA sequence for detecting 8 types of Bacillus cereus, and a DNA probe being ligated to magnetic microspheres labeled with different fluorescent dyes and comprising a DNA fragment selected from Bacillus cereus G6235, G6206, G6239, G2724, G6211, G6217, G6207, and G6214, respectively. A suspension chip detection system for detecting 8 types of Bacillus cereus and a detection method thereof are established in combination with the Bio-Plex 200 suspension chip system of Bio-Rad Inc. The system and method fill the technical gap of detecting Bacillus cereus by using a molecular biology method, and have significance for clinical identification and epidemiological monitoring of the key pathogenic bacteria.
