Disclosed are a system and method for attention learning in web browser-based non-face-to-face learning. In the web browser-based non-face-to-face learning, the attention-focused learning system includes: a learning content server for providing non-face-to-face lecture learning content; and connecting to the learning content server to drive the educational content viewer program, and to learn the learning content with artificial intelligence attention using AI face recognition/motion recognition and sound reproduction technology of the front camera image data of the user terminal in non-face-to-face learning It includes a user terminal in which an educational content viewer is installed. In non-face-to-face learning, the educational content viewer of the user terminal has a media playback unit and a facial contour recognition unit module, and focuses directly on the non-face-to-face lecture learning content focused on the camera of the user terminal linked to the learning content server (ubcloud server).
