Ubiquitous-based training education portfolio system to provide user with UBT test and SBT test for managing learning activities and method thereof

Disclosed are a ubiquitous-based practical education portfolio system and method for providing a UBT/SBT test. The system uses a PC, smartphone, or tablet PC to manage the learning history for each learner/practitioner of health and medical education theory, practice information recording, instructor evaluation, UBT/SBT test and scoring, and P2P communication using messenger between instructor and learner/practitioner, practice management of individual students on the U-portfolio system, performance evaluation scores, and indicators are provided. In accordance with the practice schedule and practice schedule, the instructor in charge of the practice uses the user terminal to underline the field practice record written by the learner/trainee, or to provide feedback through text, drawings, photos, voice recordings, and video recordings.
