Ubiquitous-based training education portfolio system to provide user with UBT test and SBT test for managing learning activities and method thereof

The present invention relates to a ubiquitous-based training education portfolio system to provide UBT and SBT tests and a method thereof. The system uses a PC, a smartphone, a tablet PC, and wired/wireless communication to provide during training education health and medical education theories, training information recording, instructor evaluation, learning history management by learner/trainee for UBT/SBT tests and scoring, messenger-based P2P communication between the instructor and the learner/trainee, individual student training management on the U-portfolio system, performance evaluation score, and index and notifies training opening at the site of health and medical education or training, training plan and training schedule, and training targets. In accordance with the training plan and schedule, the instructor in charge of training leaves feedback by underlining an on-site training record sheet drawn by the learner/trainee by using a user terminal or by text, picture, photo, voice recording, and image recording. The training site feedback content is immediately captured and transmitted to a main server and user terminals. Provided as a result are instantaneous instructor feedback (emergency measure and countermeasure), instructor evaluation, UBT/SBT tests and scoring of the U-portfolio system interworking with a learning management system (uLMS) using sequential probability ratio testing (SPRT), mutual learning between the student and the instructor, learner/trainee training history, and instructor evaluation history/instruction history. A cloud training education management service (U-Portfolio) using artificial intelligence and big data analysis is provided by means of a smart device.
