To provide a three-component simultaneous analyzer and a three-component simultaneous analysis method that can detect simultaneously three components consisting of methane gas, carbon dioxide and nitrous oxide contained in the atmospheric gas at high S/N ratio even when a sample concentration is in a ppb order by one-time analysis without using a radioactive isotope.SOLUTION: A third gas flow path C causes a flow delay depending on a type of components contained in a gas phase containing carbon dioxide and nitrous oxide, and includes a gas phase containing carbon dioxide; a second column 660 consisting of a capillary column or a stainless steel column arranged to obtain the gas phase containing nitrous oxide; a thermal conductivity detector (TCD) 200 for detecting carbon dioxide; and a pulse discharge optical ionization detector (PDD) 300 for detecting the nitrous oxide.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
