The present invention relates to a molecular marker for determining a dietary leaf genetic resource and its use, and the molecular marker of the present invention can discriminate a diet wind genetic resource collected in various regions with low cost and high efficiency, and thus a dietary wind resource having excellent characteristics. Or it may be usefully used for protection and purity maintenance of the lineage, or for developing and nurturing a new cultivar.
