The disclosed embodiments include technologies for managing coexistence among multiple vehicle-to-all (V2X) radio access technologies (RATs),including distributed and centralised management schemes. embodiments of distributed management include a resource management time interval to which multiple V2X RATs can access, allows stations implementing different RATs to request more or less resources. Stations of the other technology may agree or reject such a request. embodiments of distributed management include a passive mechanism based on configured lookup tables,select stations based on channel readings and/or other conditions/parameters. The embodiments of centralized management include a central management entity that observes the penetration levels of each V2X-RAT in a service area, and depending on the findings, the entity issues an allocation decision on the applicable shared use allocation.
